OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HOW IT WORKS: Each day, beginning at start of day (ET) on 1/1/10 through 12:00 PM (noon) (ET) on 6/30/10 ("Promotion Period"), three instant win prizes will be available to be won. The actual instant win prizes to be awarded each day will be randomly determined. All entrants will also be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.

2. HERE’S HOW TO PLAY: During the "Promotion Period," eligible U.S. residents may visit www.cheer.com and eligible Canadian residents may visit www.cheer.ca and follow the on-screen entry instructions to register for a chance to instantly win a prize and be automatically entered into the Grand Prize random drawing. After submitting your entry, you will be directed to a page containing an Official Game Message. If the Official Game Message includes the words "Congratulations...", you are an instant winner of the prize specified (subject to verification and eligibility) and will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing. If the Official Game Message states, "Sorry..." or indicates any other non-winning message, or a blank screen appears, or you do not receive a message, you are not an instant prize winner; however, you will be automatically entered in the Grand Prize Drawing. Instant winners will be determined through random computer generation methodology. Odds of winning an instant win prize will depend upon the date and time of your play. Instant winners will be notified by mail. Limit one instant win play/Grand Prize drawing entry per email address per day. Instant win prizes will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of winning game plays.

3. GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about 7/9/10 from among all eligible entries received by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail.

4. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States (excluding Maine) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and residents of Canada who are legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, municipal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Maine and where prohibited by law.

5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: INSTANT WIN PRIZES (UNAWARDED INSTANT WIN PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED): A total of 543 instant win prizes with a total approximate retail value of $5,055.00 (U.S. Dollars) are available to be won as follows: (271) Prizes of a T-Shirt with Cheer logo (ARV: $10.00 U.S. Dollars each; size Large only); (103) Prizes of a Laundry Bag with Cheer logo (ARV: $8.00 U.S. Dollars each); (169) Prizes of a coupon redeemable for a Free 50 oz./1.47L bottle of Cheer detergent (ARV: $9.00 U.S. Dollars each; any sales tax is sole responsibility of winner; coupons expire 9/30/2010. RANDOM DRAWING GRAND PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive Gift Cards with a total value of $3,500 U.S. Dollars which can be used together towards the purchase of an LG washer/dryer set. If Grand Prize winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will receive Gift Cards with a total value of $3,694.49 CDN Dollars (based on exchange rate as of 12/9/2009). Terms and conditions on Gift Cards apply. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are valued in U.S. Dollars. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prizes. Limit one instant win prize per household.

6. GENERAL RULES: If potential Grand Prize winner is a U.S. resident, winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected. To be declared a winner, residents of Canada (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her province of residence) must correctly answer an arithmetical skill-testing question and execute a Declaration and Release Form to release Procter & Gamble and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to contests and prizes within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. By accepting prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final.

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing for all remaining prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. In the event of a production or other error, neither Sponsor nor its respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning official game messages are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to these Official Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

7. WINNERS: For the name of the Grand Prize winner, U.S. residents may visit www.cheer.com and Canadian residents may visit www.cheer.ca from 7/23/10 through 8/13/10.
